Redhouse Art radio Interactive PROVIDES:

These radios have been flashed with an open firmware version 2.3.4 available through the wml11b yahoo group.

Interactive can be done through cell phone SMS that sends text message or most other Instant messaging protocols namely Jabber.

All server and streaming technologies (pd patches, linux, jabber, pidgin) reside in Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY.

Redhouse Art radio Interactive NEEDS:

Radios require port 8000 to be open for the internet radio stream.

Radios can access the internet streaming mountpoint (http://giss.tv:8000/redhouseradio01.mp3) through and ethernet cable OR WiFi-B.
